Green Ace is dedicated to offering cutting-edge and practical ways to lower dangerous emissions from diesel generators (DG Sets). We provide a large selection of retrofitting emission control devices that adhere to the strict environmental standards set by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
According to government regulations, diesel generators are prohibited in several areas due to their severe emissions. The National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), and Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change (MoEF & CC) requirements are followed in the construction and testing of these RECDs.
A retrofitted emission control device designed to reduce harmful emissions & pollutant particles from the diesel generator. This DG Set pollution control device is built on filter-less technology & by using electrostatic precipitation. This technique makes DG Set RECD more effective in enhancing air quality & diesel particulate capturing carbon matter with an efficiency of more than 90%.
The retrofit device technique adds extra gain to control the emission of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide from diesel generators. The very common retrofitted technology for DG Set is equipment installation of retrofit devices in the diesel engine exhaust system. The retrofitted equipment installed in the exhaust system controls the emission during the diesel generator operation.
Greenace dual fuel system uses the latest technology to enable simultaneous combustion of natural gas and diesel in place of 100% diesel for powering diesel generators. This kit can be used for generator diesel ranging from 50 kVA to 2000 kVA, providing a cleaner and more cost-effective alternative to traditional diesel operation.
After the installation of the diesel dual fuel conversion kit, the dual fuel generator is converted into a dual fuel kit for the generator. This conversion helps reduce operational costs and contributes to emissions reduction. As we know, diesel emissions are indeed harmful to the environment.
For clean, reliable, and environmentally friendly energy solutions, select Green Ace's CPCB-approved retrofitted emission control device for diesel generators.
The gas used for dual fuelling comes from either local storage or piped gas. Through a gas train that includes a solenoid valve, a gas filter, and a gas pressure regulator, it is pumped into the combustion air stream. The remaining gas injected is managed by a throttle valve at the conclusion. Natural gas is intended to be delivered to the engine at slightly negative pressure after being accepted at low pressure by this gas train.
